How We Ship
All orders are shipped from Caldwell, Idaho via USPS Ground Advantage, a reliable and affordable option for getting your model car parts to you. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location, and every package includes $100 of insurance at no extra cost. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can keep an eye on it. We pack everything carefully to ensure your parts arrive in great shape!
Shipping Costs
We keep it simple: shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $55. Spend $55 or more, and shipping’s on us—free! No hidden fees, just straightforward pricing. If you need something faster than Ground Advantage, reach out before ordering, and we’ll see what options we can offer.
Tracking Your Order
After your package ships, use the tracking number we send you to check its progress on the USPS website (usps.com). We don’t monitor every package ourselves, so if you spot an issue—like a delay or no updates—please let us know. We’re happy to step in and help!
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
While USPS Ground Advantage is usually speedy, delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or other hiccups beyond our control. If you notice your package hasn’t moved in the tracking system for 7 days, contact us right away. We can start a Missing Mail Search with USPS to try and track it down. If it’s still missing after 15 days from the shipping date, we’ll file an insurance claim (claims must be submitted within 60 days). Refunds or replacements will only be processed once USPS confirms the package as lost and approves the claim. We won’t issue refunds before then, just to make sure we’re covered if it shows up late. Please reach out if something’s off—we’ll work with you to sort it out!
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or something’s missing, let us know within 7 days of delivery with a quick email and a photo of the issue. We’ll file a claim with USPS and get you a replacement or refund, depending on what works best. The $100 insurance has us covered for these situations, so don’t hesitate to contact us!
International Shipping
Right now, we only ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and dying to get our parts, drop us a line—we might figure something out down the road!
